Our fully qualified maintenance team are experts in all types, makes and models of commercial air conditioning so we are able to manage the maintenance systems installed by us or other companies.

A quality control (QC) visit is undertaken on a part of air conditioning equipment after a maintenance visit, giving you peace of mind that all work is checked thoroughly by a third party.

This is supported by our own dedicated Asset Management System which allows us to record all work carried out and when the best time is to maintain or upgrade your system.

All commercial air-conditioning system installations are carried out by our own team of fully qualified fitters. We manage all necessary works, minimising inconvenience and maximising efficiency.

On completion, you will receive a complete record of your air conditioning assets and our Certificate of Quality Assurance which is our promise to you on the work we have undertaken.

Our design and installation team take commercial Air Conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation projects from conception to handover.

All of our engineers are fully trained and approved by all the major manufacturers including Daikin and Mitsubishi.

Our commercial air conditioning repair service is used predominantly by customers who have had their air-conditioning system installed by another supplier and it has stopped working or needs an inspection.

In the rare event that something goes wrong with a commercial air conditioning system we have installed, we send out a technician right away to diagnose and fix the problem.

Once we resolve the initial issue, the overall cost of having the issue decreases as well as the risk of any other issues with the system.

At this stage, we would recommend a full site survey and a maintenance contract.
